Do you have a retail store or a showroom in my state?

No, in order to keep our overheads as low as possible, we do not have a physical presence and only market online. This allows us to ensure that our customers receive the best value for their money.

Can I buy from you outside the USA?

Currently we only offer our products to U.S and Canadian residents, though we are planning to expand our reach in the near future. Please be aware that for Canadian residents any additional custom duties or taxes will be handled by the relative custom authorities.

What is a lab-grown diamond and are they real?

A lab-grown diamond is created in a controlled environment and has the exact same composition and properties as a mined diamond, hence it is real in every sense of the word. The only difference between these two is their origin.

Where are your lab-grown diamonds made?

All our lab-grown diamonds are made in the USA. We only source the best quality gems from US laboratories.

Are lab-grown diamonds cheaper then mined diamonds?

Yes, they are significantly cheaper than their mined counterparts.

Will I see the difference between a lab-grown diamond and a mined diamond?

No, you won’t be able to tell the difference between a lab-grown diamond and a mined diamond. Only certified gemologists with the aid of special equipment will be able to see the difference between these two.

Are your lab-grown diamonds certified?

Yes, all our gems are certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI) laboratory and are accompanied by such certificate.

Which Metals can I have my ring designed with?

We only craft our jewelry in platinum and gold settings and you may choose between yellow gold, white gold and rose gold, all of which may be set in 14 Karat or 18 Karat.

I have selected my diamond and my setting but these are not showing as a completed ring?

Have you selected your desired ring size?
First select the ring size and then from the "Select Setting" dropdown you will be able to "Add to Ring" or "Buy Setting".
Unfortunately without a selected ring size you will not be able to view your completed ring.

How do I know my ring size?

We have a Free Ring Sizer Tool for your ease of use which you may find here - print it out and follow the on-page instructions.

Can I get my ring resized if it is not the correct size?

Yes, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

Which payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover as well as PayPal.

How will my order be delivered?

Our products are hand delivered via USPS or FedEx and you will be required to sign to confirm reception thereof.

Is my order insured for delivery?

Yes, every shipment is under full liability coverage. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Depending on the nature of your item, it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to be delivered.

Can you deliver to a different address in order to keep the secret?

No and Yes!
Unfortunately due to the nature of the merchandise we cannot ship any order to alternate destinations other than your billing address.

We can however arrange for the order to be picked-up at the Courier's branch should this be more convenient for you?
