We, at Gemifique Inc., pride ourselves with your satisfaction with our Lab-Grown Diamond Jewelry. If however, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 days to exchange/return your item from date of purchase. 

Our Return Policy

Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. All items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, free-of-charge. 

Gemifique DOES NOT offer returns or refunds on custom design pieces. All sales are final. However if you feel that the ring you received is different than the design we created for you, we will work with you to make it right.

Regarding all other items, please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition (including all product documentation), securely wrapped in their original packaging, unworn, undamaged and unaltered in any way. 

If a package or item delivered to you arrives opened, please refuse the shipment and contact our Customer Service. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately and please retain all original packaging materials.

Gemifique Inc. is not responsible and cannot be held liable for lost or damaged returned shipments.  

How to Prepare a Return or Exchange

To return a diamond or jewelry item to Gemifique Inc., follow the below process:

• For all returns, go to Contact Us page and send a message through Chat. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number on your order, and you will receive a free shipping label via email within one business day. Stick the label on the outside of the box you are returning along with the Authorization number written on the outside box. 

• Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the US$150 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) replacement cost.

How Exchanges are Processed

To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order (Terms & Conditions relating to Processing of Returns will apply).  

Follow the above process to return your item and inform our Customer Service on your desired exchange selection. You will receive a shipping confirmation delivery date via email and you will be able to track the status of your exchange by contacting our Customer Service.

How Returns are Processed

Once your return is received at our Fulfillment Center, you will receive a confirmation email. Returns are only processed during weekdays (Mondays through Fridays) and our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item which may take between one to two weeks for full processing, depending on the nature of your item.

Credits Card Refunds

Credit card purchases will be refunded back to the credit card account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to two weeks for our Quality Assurance department to review and assess your item and another 7 business days after processing for your bank to post credit against your account.  
If your purchase was made with an international credit card, your refund will take one additional week for your bank to post credit against your account.   

Bank Wire Refunds

Bank wire refunds are posted against the original account they originated from. Please allow up to two weeks for our Quality Assurance department to review and assess your item and another 2 weeks for your account to be credited. 

PayPal Refunds

PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to two weeks for our Quality Assurance department to review and assess your item and another 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

Non-Refundable Items

• Due to their personalized nature, items which have been modified, engraved or previously exchanged cannot be refunded.  

• Custom design pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

• Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Gemifique Inc.) or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

• Returns without a Gemifique Inc. Return Merchandise Authorization will be refused upon receipt.  

• Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.

Canceling or Changing an Order

If you would like to change or cancel an existing order please contact our Customer Service through Chat immediately. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation, but please keep in mind that such changes will result in a shipping delay.

If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the procedure regarding our "Returns" or "Exchanges". Please keep in mind that all Terms & Conditions relating to "Non-Refundable Items" will apply.

Returns to Resize an Engagement Ring

Any ring purchased at Gemifique Inc. may be returned for resizing (with the exception of special orders) provided these are shipped back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Simply contact our Customer Service through Chat to arrange your complimentary resize. Please be aware that you will be responsible for shipping charges regarding Resizing.  

Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size, milgrain or ornate bands, some silver rings, or rings with alternative metals such as Tungsten cannot be resized, so please take care to order the correct ring size at the time of purchase.
