Your order will be shipped to you and your item will be under full liability coverage. We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
Since most of our items are custom made to meet your requirements, time from order to delivery will depend on the item purchased.
For your protection Gemifique Inc. will:
- Only ship to physical addresses - we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- Only ship to the physical address which is your billing address.
- Require an adult to sign confirming the reception of the delivery of all packages.
Should you be unavailable for reception and signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Please contact our Customer Service to make provision for this request.
Gemifique Inc. orders are shipped with the reliability and accountability of FedEx and are free-of-charge within the U.S.
When will your order be Shipped?
For your orders, you'll find an estimated arrival date listed in the product details for each item. This arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package and deliver your order.
If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
Gemifique Inc. is committed to timely deliveries but please bear in mind that we cannot be held liable for deliveries to wrong addresses, as well as unforeseen delays such as carrier delays or delays due to inclement weather conditions.
Shipping to Alternate Addresses
While we recognize that getting engaged marks a memorable milestone in one's life, unfortunately due to the nature of the merchandise please note that we cannot ship any orders to alternate destinations other than your billing address. This is a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud and should you wish to keep this order a secret, simply contact our Customer Service or let us know by leaving us a note in the Checkout Process. We would be delighted to follow your request.
Should you be unavailable or are unable to have someone else sign for your package, please contact our Customer Service and we will do our utmost to accommodate your delivery.
Shipment of Jewelry and Loose Diamonds
All our items will be delivered via FedEx overnight standard shipping. Each item will arrive presentation-ready in our branded Gemifique Inc. packaging.
